
Karaburma is located between the settlements of Zvezdara (south), Bogoslovija (west), Ada Huja (north), Rospi Ćuprija (east) and Ćalija (southeast). On the old Ottoman and Austrian maps, the area was named Kaya-burun, which in Turkish means "rocky cape" - Zvezdarsko brdo (or Veliki Vracar). It used to be closer to the Danube than it is today.
In Visnjička 38, on an area of 100 m2, there is an outpatient clinic for physical medicine and rehabilitation, which has its own indoor parking, fully air-conditioned space and a waiting room.
The clinic uses all the equipment needed for complete physical medicine and rehabilitation, as well as a kinesitherapy room where only an individual program of exercises is performed. From the apparatus of physical therapy, the clinic has: all types of electrotherapy, magnet, laser, vacuum, ultrasound, shockwave, high power laser (HILT) and spinal decompression.
